I’m taking “Snow Deal!”

Forecasts are all over the place.  It depends on who you trust, I suppose.  I trust the Euro (ECMWF) weather model which currently is indicating a substantial snowfall potential for Wednesday.

You only want to know, of course, how much snow! Again, I really don’t know, for a fact, how much snow we’ll get, but at this point in time accumulations seem likely, even for March.  The big problem may very well be the wind that accompanies the storm.

I expect the rain to change to snow by late morning on Wednesday and then continue for the remainder of the day.

If I had to guess, I’d say accumulations of snow could be anywhere from an inch, on the conservative side, to as much as 7 or 8 inches.  So, let’s go for 4 inches right now!   I reserve the right to change my mind by morning when I update again.
