Temperatures this week remain below average with highs in the low to mid 40’s. The third nor’easter this month, however, will provide strong offshore winds to Delmarva with some gusts over 40 mph.
The big question now, for me, is if we can possibly make it through the whole month of March without the thermometer touching 60 degrees. The outlook for the immediate future looks bleak. We should have lots of sunshine this week with variable cloudiness from time to time.
I am carefully watching a potential wintry surprise for the arrival of spring next week. I want to study this carefully and make sure it is not a mirage before I share it with you. I will do that late this afternoon.
