Anna Nicole Smith died on this date in 2007.  Also on this date in 1924 the first execution in the gas chamber took place.  On a more positive note the Boy Scouts were founded on this date and, one of my favorite places, the College of William and Mary, was founded in 1693.  Now, to the weather!

We’re back to breezy and cold weather after a brief period of warmer than average temperatures.  Today’s temperatures are expected to top out in the upper 30’s and night time temperatures will plunge into the 20’s.  Friday will be a bit warmer, with highs in the upper 40’s.  The weekend, unfortunately, ushers in a period of time that could see showers almost everyday for a week.  Yuck!
